Organizational Context

The organizational context is set by defining the roles and responsibilites and providing information in the organizational questionnaire. Both are accessible via the navigation bar.

Roles and Responsibilities

Switch to the Roles tab in the navigation bar. Here you can see all the users that are registered under this company account and you can adjust their roles. Trail will then provide a default selection of responsibilites, that are fitting for this role and lead to the correct mapping of owning and approving regulatory requirements.

You can still adjust the responsiblites to your needs.

Further you can describe the proof of qualification in the approriate field. This is mostly used for achieving an ISO requirement.

Organizational Questionnaire

Switch to the Questionnaire Tab in the navigation bar and follow the steps. This context is most important for the ISO42001. trail will create policies based on those information, therefore it is recommended to fill them out thouroughly.
